Nuts is a 7-28k assault course UK adventure race in Surrey near London.

You can run for charity or just for fun, the assault course is also available all year round and we run special obstacle race training sessions for the Nuts Challenge. The course is a muddy fun event whatever your level – either 7, 14, 21 or 28k (4x round – our Tough Nuts.. ) See all the levels on the Nuttie Scale Here.
