While you’ll need the same amount of teamwork, camaraderie and mental grit, Tough Mudder London South will throw plenty of new challenges your way in the form of acres of overgrown woodlands, gruelling trails and gritty mud. The first event of 2016 at the beautiful Bereleigh Estate in Hampshire, bringing epic obstacles back to the most stunning scenery that South Downs has to offer. Having sold out the event in July 2015 there, they’ll be doing the next one over 2 days, Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th April, to cater to over 5000 Roughians!
There’s a choice of a 5km route with around 10* obstacles, a 10km route with 15*, and all 20* obstacles on our 15km route if you’re up for the toughest challenge. Everyone who joins the game show-inspired journey will cross the Travelator at the finish line. So you can consider that particular childhood dream fulfilled!

In addition to turning thousands of acres of classic Yorkshire moorland into a marvel of Mudder mayhem, TM Yorkshire is sure to make mincemeat out of mediocre Mudders. Running over rough, rolling fields, through daringly dense woodlands and into streams, bogs and pools of thick, heavy mud and clay, every step on this course feels like an obstacle in itself.
Set within the scenic Cotswolds, Tough Mudder South West is truly mesmerizing. Pity you won’t be in a state to notice. With some of the UK’s deepest, darkest mud and soul-crushing terrain, you will sooner think you’ve stumbled into hell. The blurring mixture of polo pitches, large grassy rides and dense forest make it extremely taxing on both the mind and the body.
Culden Faw is a monster of an estate near Henley-on-Thames covering thousands of acres with plenty of hills, valleys and fields. Only the Toughest Mudders completed this course in 2014, and we expect the same next year. You’ll never be running on the flat, so get used to burning quads and calves for the duration of your run. We’re coming back with new challenges and a few muddy tricks up our sleeves. Get training and get another year tougher.
Set very near one of Ireland’s and the world’s oldest cemeteries, the Loughcrew Cairns, Tough Mudder Dublin promises to haunt anyone who has skipped their training. This course is packed with variety – thick mud, rolling hills, deep woods and loads of obstacles – Tough Mudder is stepping it up for its second time in Ireland.
